My wrist can either be on or off

Maybe it’s because I broke it before

Or maybe it’s because I’m becoming older

And have used it so much

Playing sports (Basketball)

Working out, weights can be heavy

But I don’t mind, I wouldn’t ever trade in my beat up wrist

We’ve been through a lot

Helping me brush my teeth

Helping me drive my car

Basically being there all my life

It’s part of my hand 

You NEED you hands

To live life to the fullest and be happy

It’s hard to see someone smile with no hands

Appreciate your Body for what it has done.
